Appearance: A lean and hungry looking white male with thining red hair and a certain sleazy charm that trashy girls go for. Travis has blue eyes and a cold smile that will make you want to take a shower after meeting him.

Clothing Tendencies: solid color silk shirt with black linen trousers. black silk necktie and black trenchcoat. usually wears his black leather sap gloves. Black wingtips.

Known to: Any Toreador anti-tribu and any other sabbat with path of the Cathari. is known to Setites.

Ongoing Projects:Providing services for the Toreador Antitribu that they don't want to bother with or dirty their hands with. 

Circle and Influence:Has built a rock solid organization with the use of some underworld figures,bent cops,and few blackmailed people in high places. Travis also has a few Zantosa Revenants that he refers to as his "Party Pack." that are willing to do things for him provided they get to indulge in a few depraved thrills.

House:Maintains a penthouse with the help of one of his revenants. this is where he throws parties but it is only occasionally where he sleeps. he has at least one other haven which is totally secret. Finding Travis is easy though as he goes out every night and holds court at some club or another. Club owners who don't kiss his butt end up hurting.

Mentor:in my campaign, he was embraced by an upperclass toreador anti-tribu elder in order to have someone to do her dirty work. you ,of course, may choose otherwise.

Hunting preferences/Blood source: when time is tight, hunts exclusively among his herd. when time is not pressed, he will seek out opportunities to add to that Herd. He thoroughly enjoys finding intelligent and strong-willed women and breaking them to his will.

Story:There are times when the Toreador Antitribu want easy hunting, and they want pesky legal difficulties to go away and they want news from the seamy side of the street. and they want goods and services that traditionally only the Setites have been able to provide and as fascinating as the snakes are, they don't mix well with polite society.

Enter Travis... Travis proved himself willing and capable of nearly any depravity as a ghoul and he also managed to discover the haven of some of his sires enemies. He's only been a vampire for a short four years but he has proven himself harder to kill than some of the more effete Toreador supposed and is tougher than some of the rougher clans expected from a Toreador lackey.

If Travis has a fault it's that he can't stand to be mouthed of at by someone he percieves as being weaker than himself and that's liable to get him killed. but by the same token, he is not stupid and is possesed of a rude charm and low animal cunning. He had a number of prostitutes in his stable when he was turned and has taken over the strings of some of the other local,and much more breakable,pimps.

Travis is an ambitious vampire. he has used his ability to tolerate humans and revenants to good effect. and it has earned him a bit of status. when his girls are used up he gifts them to vampires that he desires the favor of and this too is paying off handsomely. Travis is begining to branch out into adult films,Vampire themed snuff films, (fun at parties, and fun when they turn up in the hands of police in camarilla cities) and even black market baby selling. Setites, and even some Serpents of the Light are beginning to take notice of this and are starting to get pissed.

Story Uses: Travis is a serious scumbag. He hurts people and likes it and as like as not they come back for more.it doesn't matter who you are he doesn't like you unless you can do something for him and then he turns on the charm.Travis will either beat the hell out of you (but leave you alive,if humiliated ) or he'll run in the face of obvious superior force.
