Welcome to the Nano and Micro Reef Information Center. This site has been created to address the need for information on the set up and maintenance of really small reef tanks. |
Many people are realizing that it is indeed possible to keep a reef tank successfully in tanks smaller then twenty gallons. Unfortunately, information on these tiny reefs has been scarce and hard to locate. This site aims to remedy that. |
New sections are being added to this site all the time. If there is anything you'd particularly like to see or if you have any suggestions or comments, feel free to email me. |
| I've finally managed to get around to listing the first batch of survey responses. You'll find both the first few responses and a copy of the survey itself in the 'Set-ups' section of this site. |
I apologize for the relative lack of recent updates. I've been working on several other projects, including the graphic design for Reef Reviews. Brad Faber has done a remarkable job in attempting to create something akin to 'Consumer Reports' for the reef aquarium hobby; I'd definitely recommend heading over and taking a look. |
Reefkeepers Mailing List! For those of you not already aware of it, I set up a mailing list together with Nathan Cope, Jimmy Chen, Branden Culp and Jon Simmons. I'm proud of it, and I think you'll all find it useful. To check it out, head over to www.mjcrealm.com and look over the material there. |
