As of June 25th 1997, the CDA is officially dead, declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. That doesn't mean that your freedom of speech is guaranteed, only that this particular threat to your freedoms has been defeated. I still care about the Bill of Rights, specifically the First Amendment, and freedom of speech issues. I strongly suggest that you visit the Electronic Freedom Foundation's web site for more information on protecting your freedom on the web.

The Church of Euthinasia has some wacky ideas, but they advocate non-breeding, and that speaks to me...
