Users can acknowledge calls with one of two messages - choosing from professionally recorded announcements or messages that they have recorded. The first message is designed to indicate that the user has seen who is calling and will return the call. The second is designed to invite the caller to call back shortly. Users can also ignore calls, transferring them to a voicemail box complete with a personal greeting. Voicemail messages can be retrieved from a personal, secure web page. In supported areas, ICM users also have the option to answer calls or transfer them to another number, such as a cellphone.
