[Green Dot]   Storm99: Satellite and Radar Images - When you click on
      one of the satellite or radar options, the image will display on
      top of the screen you are currently viewing (only covering a
      portion of the screen). If you accidently click more than once
      the image will sometimes display extremely briefly and then
      go behind your current screen. Clicking on the same option
      again will seem to not cause any action. To see the image,
      you will have to bring it to the front. With Windows 3.x, you
      can do this is by using the CTRL-ESC keys combination to
      bring up the TASK LIST and then clicking on the image
      listing or you can click on WINDOW in the MENU BAR and
      then select the image to display it.
