was married in Sumner Co., TN to Frances BURK on January 3rd
1820. I also have a Joseph HARSHEY of Frederick Co., VA who
was married to Mary RUTTER on Feb. 24th, 1796. It is not
known how Joseph and Hugh are related at this time. The
witness Benjamin GOSNELL was the husband of Deborah COMBS
GOSNELL, daughter of Thomas COMBS, the elder of Allen Co.
