MEET RESULTS Sat. 7/23 A Meet at Dunn Loring

GATOR Individual times for A Meet vs. Dunn Loring

Practice - continues through Friday at 8:00, 9:00, 10:00 and 6:00.

Divisionals - Individual Divisionals will be held Saturday, July 30 at Commonwealth. Team Reps attend the seeding meeting on Wednesday evening - we will notify swimmers on Thursday. Please let us know ASAP if your child is not available to swim on Saturday.

Dinner and Pep Rally - Friday July 29 at 6:30. Coaches will be awarding some "fun" awards after dinner.

SPRINT AND RACING CLINIC - SUN JULY 10

Coaches from the York Swim Club held a special clinic. Swimmers were able to fine tune their sprint, racing and finishing techniques with some of the most experienced coaches in the area. (Parents had a great time watching ;-) You can also check out York Swim Club at www.yorkswim.com
