Hi Everyone,

 

Great News!!!! We have hired a Technical Coach for the winter swim team.  A United States Certified swim coach with years of coaching experience will return this fall to the Gators!!!  Jenny Wolff coached at Forest Hollow for 7 plus years and coached in the NVSL for 9.  She coached for the USS team, Arlington Aquatic Club, and was the assistant coach for James Madison University when the team won the CAA Conference Championship.   Not only is she a great coach but she swam through college, she trained at the Olympic Training Center twice and still holds 3 individual Gator records; 11-12 50Y Back, 15-18 50Y Back, and 15-18 100M IM. Jenny also shares 3 Relay records; 15-18 200M Medley Relay, 15-18 200M Free Relay, and the Mixed Age 200M Free. 

 

We are extremely excited to have her join forces with our Head Coach Chris Sopher and our enthusiastic team of coaches, Chris Fitz, Tyler Coquelin, Natalie Cocozza, and Suzanne Fonzi.  This will be a great year!

 

With this level of expertise we strongly encourage not only our younger swimmers but our 13-18 year old swimmers to join us on Sunday evenings.  I believe they will benefit tremendously from this level of coaching and improve their stroke technique, turns and finishes which will improve their times and confidence for High School Swim and next summer.
