The initial communications which stirred the current violence in the world of the Qur'an have been traced to persons in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The events followed decisions made in a December 05 meeting of leaders of the world's 57 Muslim nations in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, a "holy" place from which infidels ("kuffars"/non-Muslims) are banned on penalty of death.

Readers of Danish newspaper Jyllands Posten have been fortunate to be able to follow a twelve-part series with Garfield as the “Voice of Allah,” playing whimsical pranks on his companions such as stoning Jon to death for refusing to grow a beard, or placing a C-4 plastic explosive in Odie’s food bowl. The artist, Bjorn Davis, says he is just teaching a subtle lesson about diversity in the global village.

 

"Oh, Garfield," cries Jon in one strip as Garfield attaches his genitals to electrodes, "when will you learn the value of religious tolerance?"

 

In response to protests from Muslims for defaming their religion and blaspheming against Allah, the newspaper tried an experiment to determine just which cartoons were offensive. On Tuesday, January 1, 06 they republished all of cartoons under the oversized headline, "ARE THESE THE CARTOONS YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT?"

 

In addition to this offer of reason, Davis pointed out to the  protesters that the image is merely a comical impression of Muhammad in his turban and false beard, Art and not actual reality, satire and not satanism.  But, never mind, the subtlety is lost on those lost in their dogma’s brainwashing that forbids Art: they seemed to get angrier than ever. It's like reasoning with a southern Baptist who's got his book right there in his hand. Fuhgedaboutit!

 

"It seems to me that these folks are way too easily offended," said Davis. "All we did was to have a cat depict their faith's founding prophet sodomizing a goat while instructing his followers on the finer points of pipe-bomb construction. Where's the harm in that?"

 

He challenged angry clerics to prove that Muhammad did not actually blow things up and that he never committed unnatural acts with domesticated livestock during his lifetime. Davis was doubtful it could be done since, because the prophet has been dead for more than four centuries longer than a millennium, his actual personal habits are very difficult to ascertain for sure.

 

Could it be true? During the fever pitch over the cartoons as aggravated by their reprinting, the story circulated that an unidentified man left an IED in the newspaper’s office. It wasn’t a real bomb and attached was a note saying, “This will teach you people to automatically assume that Muslims are terrorists.”  Believe it or not!

 

At the time, an Arab League spokesperson assured reporters that Muslims can, indeed, take a joke but the Garfield Muhammad series in fact just wasn't funny. The spokesman fears the Western stereotype of Muslims’ total lack of a sense of humor will just be perpetrated by this affair. The spokesman neglected to point out that the Arabic language provides nothing to laugh about. Irony is important in humor but is defeated when everything has already been created perfectly, questions about reality have already been defined without doubt, and no critiques are permitted.

 

In Europe, which has inspired an abundance

of intellectual, mechanical and cultural contributions to the world, including comedy from cerebral Hamlet to screwball Ingmar Bergman, the people are laughing in their boots, witnessing the rioting against freedom of speech and conscience by seeming screwballs.

 

Yet,

mass "religious" madness

is difficult not to fear,

THE LONG WAR

 

Islam, a word that means "submission to god" is said to have begin on July 16, 622 B.C.E.,

 which in Arabic culture  is the year 1 A.H. (year of the hegira),

a happening occurring after the fall of the Roman Empire,

when the western world had

 lost its center of power, and had collapsed.

 Roman culture survived only in Byzantium, at the bridge of Europe and Asia, which itself  fell to Islamized Ottoman Turk invaders in May of 1453.

 

During this flight (hegira), the wealthy merchant Mohammad and his congregation escaped from their base (al-qaeda)

 in Mecca to Medina to the north,

 in Arabia near the eastern shore of the Red Sea.

Calling himself the Prophet of god he fled Mecca

because its citizens had begun to resist this cult of personality and bigotry* which seemed to be overwhelming their city.

The army of the Muslims returned to capture Mecca in 630

along with its main temple, Kaaba, and Black Stone (a meteorite).

 

JIHAD IS AN ARABIAN INVENTION,

NOT PROCLAIMED BY THEIR PROPHET

 

This 7^th Century Medina-to-Mecca grab of a city was the “proto-jihad” whose divine authority for conquest was transposed into the doctrine of jihad, by which divine permission is granted for Arabic Islam to be imposed on non-Muslims, willing or unwilling.

 

This formal addition of militant jihad to Islamic dogma occured during a second wave of Arab conquests in the 8^th and 9^th Century, as Arab armies moved mercilessly into Asia and the Christian lands of the Mediterranean. So, the doctrines and institutions of jihad were not established by Mohammed himself but by his Arab successors-colonialists after his death in 632.

Despite the distance in time of a hundred years from the first militant jihads to the time of the revelations of Muhammed, most clerics of Islam have since professed that jihad is inseparable from the whole of Islamic doctrine, a manifestation of the struggle of Muslims to live according to the will of Allah as revealed to Mohammed. It sounds like an innovation, not from the prophet himself, and so open to discussion according to reasonable persons, especially to Muslims who so often disparage innovation in their religion.

 

As enemies of Allah, “infidels” have no rights. Under the Arabic doctrine of jihad, war is waged against them to Islamize their territory which, according to the will of Allah, must belong to the Islamic community. Their bodies and their property become legal booty (mubah) for all Muslims; they can be taken as slaves, kidnapped for ransom, robbed or killed. If they resist, Islamic law provides for the deportation or massacre of the men and the enslavement of women and children.

 

Mohammad's book the Qur’an, said to have been recited directly from Allah in caves in the Arabic language and copied down in Arabic some 150 years after his death by others, became the "holy" book and primary source of the religion of submission, Islam.

 

Arabic is one of the surviving languages of a West Semitic group of the Semitic subdivision of the Afro-asiatic family of languages. Since the coming of Islam in the Seventh Century C.E., Arabic has transformed itself into a "religious" medium of communication and calls itself a "sacred language."  

 

This recitation in words is the Black Stone of the

legal authority of the ruling Islamic clergy and kings. The book, together with lessons from the

life of the Prophet and his Companions, form the

prescriptions, doctrines and dogmas

for an unchangeable (since god ordained it)

 and totalitarian way of life in which religion governs the most typical and intimate details of social and personal life. Since religious dogma permeates the very language with which one thinks, if one thinks in Arabic, one's very thoughts are formed by a language captured forever for cult teachings, rewards and punishments.  

 

The book is held with greatest tenacity to be

 the unchangeable word of god for the conduct of Everyman's life. Yet, jihad is NOT directly sanctioned by the Qur'an but is an invention or innovation of aggressive clergymen and their generals and passed down as a compulsory duty to their subjects, kept in ignorance of all but their teachings.

 

Their followers are called Muslims (or Moslems),

meaning “those who submit” to the

word of Allah, the name of the one god

as given by Mohammad,

the god who eschewed any partner gods or divine children.

 

 Individual free consciousness is forbidden in this ancient political arrangement and it has

long been a crime penalized by death to reject or show disrespect for Islam, or for the slave of Allah

to terminate one's membership in the faith.

 

Refusal of the call to jihad is forbidden

to the slaves of Allah, but submission can seem

so sweet to ones taught that

their individual wills are offensive 

to the only, very all-powerful god

and esecially offensive to his tenacious "clergyMen"

According the precepts of Islam thus formulated on the Arabian peninsula, and imitated in Iran where they read the Qur'an in Arabic, the human subjects of the World of Qur'an, "world of submission" (Dar al-Islam), are bound by the “word of Allah” and the guiding fear of a torturous hell of humiliations and pain. They are bound to subjugate the "world of war" (Dar al-Harb), which are all lands where Islam does not dominate.

 

This is the culture of the Wahhabist Islam which has been spread with oil money around the world and now is the dominant form of the culture of Islam in the world, and the driving ideology of al-Qaeda.

 

This is the culture of Islam which sponsors terrorism and mass demonstrations of Muslims in the world against democracy and freedom of consciousness today in the 21st Century.  According to this "preordained" dogmatic political "religion," there can be no peace until all the world is the World of Qur'an, Dar al-Islam. So, there can be no peace until the structures of the United Nations have been dismantled and a unified Califate established in the whole world. It is the religion of peace on Earth through the submission if Humans: either willfully submissive or enslaved. Believe it or not!
