of hired manipulators who claim to speak

On November 18, 1978, 

a cult ends in a mass human sacrifice

as a man who called himself “the Reverend Jim Jones”

lead his flock into the greatest mass event of murder and

group self-exterminations in modern history. Thus,  

with the sacrifice of nearly one thousand human beings,

“the Reverend” ended his vile paradise on Earth.

He had named his cult center after himself, Jonestown

isolated in the jungles of the Guyanan nation-state of

Atlantic South America.

It was the first time ever that a U.S. Congressman was

murdered in his line of duty.

It was not the last time ever that

a compulsive leader will successfully manipulate

the 3 tools of cult building and control.

All who would be dictators must either adopt or create cults to bring about the triumph of their wills.

   1) A social leadership structure of a pyramidal hierarchy with One at its peak. Leaders on all levels of the hierarchy are expected to intently model themselves on the One Leader, The Lord indeed. In this Tool, Will is Key.

   2) An "holy" Ideology, together with its manifestations as “sacred” writings, rituals and practices. Ideology is given social forms by the teachings of the heirarchy. Society is thus shaped Ideologically to bring about through time the collective consciousness of a common“faith;”  In this Tool, Language is Key.

    3) a system of rewards and punishments to be administered from the hierarchy. In this Tool, physical "emotion" is Key.

Ein Führer, Ein Volk, Ein Reich;

One Leader, One People, One State;.

1) Lordship, 2) common “Faith” and 3) Praise and Fear.

A Cult by any name is a Cult.
