I've been spending some time lately driving around southern Lancaster County Pennsylvania. I particularly enjoy observing the Amish and finding out-of-the way covered bridges. I don't photograph Amish people because being photographed is against their religion.

The Susquehanna was high because of rainfall associated with Hurricane Ivan.

Tobacco is an important cash crop in Lancaster County, especially to the Amish.
