in the United States. The bank came to life, in large part, thanks to the brillance and foresight of Donald E.
Garrant, who was the President and CEO of the Wakefield Savings Bank at the time the student bank became a reality.

in the preparation of the 1st Educational Saving Bank's branch application and the presentation of the detailed operations
